Bertazzoni’s 36" induction downdraft cooktop integrates high-performance induction cooking with built-in ventilation, creating a streamlined solution for modern kitchen layouts. The cooktop features four induction zones, each with nine power levels and a booster for faster heat response and precise control. Two bridge zones allow adjacent cooking areas to be combined into a larger surface, accommodating oversized cookware. A touch-through-glass interface provides immediate, intuitive control of both cooking and ventilation settings, keeping the surface visually minimal while fully functional.

The integrated downdraft ventilation system offers flexible performance, operating in either ducted or recirculating configurations. With five speed levels ranging from 160 to 400 CFM and automatic adjustment based on cooking activity, it maintains effective airflow without constant input. The system is engineered for safe operation, with full protection against water intrusion.
