Payment Information

At checkout, we accept secure payment through the following methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Other payment methods may be made available at checkout from time to time.
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
1. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, at the time the order is placed.
2. Taxes
Sales tax is collected where required by law and calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
3. Installment Payments
If installment or “buy now, pay later” options are offered (such as Shop Pay Installments), these services are provided by third-party payment providers. Approval, terms, and repayment schedules are determined solely by the provider, not by Apex Luxe Home.
4. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry security standards. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are not considered finalized until payment has been approved.

6. Brand-Fulfilled Orders
Payments are collected by Apex Luxe Home; however, fulfillment, delivery, and service outcomes are determined by the brand or manufacturer fulfilling your order, in accordance with their policies and standards.
7. Order Review & Authorization
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if payment authorization cannot be successfully completed or if additional verification is required.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact Concierge Support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or unresolved chargebacks may result in order delays or account review.
