• Customer-initiated returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping
• Returns due to our error or a defective item: return shipping is covered by us

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


11. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
