3. Return Eligibility
Customers within the United States may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify, items must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these standards may be declined or approved for a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Return & Exchange Process
4.1 Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your request
Once reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are securely packed in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and complimentary items are included
- Any provided return documentation is enclosed
4.3 Shipping Your Return
- Ship your return within 7 days of receiving authorization
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.
6. Return & Exchange Scenarios
6.1 Change of Mind
- Items must meet return eligibility requirements
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees
6.2 Defective or Damaged Items
- Notify Concierge Support within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting photos or video
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, as applicable
6.3 Incorrect Item Received
- Contact Concierge Support immediately upon receipt
- We will arrange return shipping at our expense and ensure the correct item is delivered
6.4 Lost or Undelivered Orders
- Contact Concierge Support if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund
6.5 Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund
- After shipment: Please follow the standard return process once received
6.6 Brand-Fulfilled Orders
Apex Luxe Home works in close coordination with our brand partners to facilitate order resolution when needed. Because items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or brand partner, return eligibility, exchanges, refunds, and damage claims are governed by the policies and standards of the brand fulfilling the order.
Due to the nature of luxury appliances, fixtures, and specialty home goods, certain items may be designated as final sale once shipped. Where applicable, resolution may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as determined by the brand partner following review.
Our Concierge Support team remains your point of contact throughout this process and will assist in coordinating communication and next steps on your behalf.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items unless unopened and unused
8. Refunds

- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund is approved or declined

8.3 Partial Refunds

- Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
