You must verify the Cut-Out Dimensions, which define the precise opening size (height, width, and depth) required within surrounding cabinetry for a flush installation. Manufacturer technical diagrams are available for download on each product page. - For Ranges (Freestanding Appliances):
You should confirm the Exterior Width and ensure adequate Ventilation Clearance is allocated for the range hood and surrounding surfaces. - For Bath Tubs and Sinks (Fixtures):
You must confirm the Rough-In Space provided by framing or plumbing, as well as the overall Exterior Dimensions. For larger tubs, your contractor must also verify floor load support, accounting for the combined weight of the fixture and water.
